My favorite part about working for Bronson are the opportunities to advance in my career and achieve new goals.

I have worked for Bronson Battle Creek Hospital for 15 years! Before becoming an Acute Care Assistant (ACA), I worked in the cafeteria, I then became an ACA and transferred to the 5th floor.

My favorite part about working for Bronson are the opportunities to advance in my career and achieve new goals.

My career goal is to become a prosecuting attorney. In the spring, I will receive my bachelor’s degree. I plan to continue to work at Bronson as I pursue law school. One of the reasons I’m proud to work at Bronson is because of the flexibility this career provides.

I believe others would want to join Team Bronson because of the experience they can gain, the opportunities to advance and excel in their role.
