A Bronson Employee Offered to Walk Me to My Car

When I was leaving the fourth floor of Bronson Methodist Hospital after my doctor's appointment going into the parking ramp, there was an employee, a man who stopped and noticed that I was hesitant with the walkway into the garage in front of me and asked if he could walk me to my car. What an incredible gesture! I am physically impaired and walk with a cane and he didn't know that I'm visually impaired as well and so hesitant when there's any kind of altered surface to walk on. I was from out of town, anxious about having to have surgery and because of my vision the parking ramp is always a challenge but he made the difference and just his gesture calmed me down and gave me confidence. Such an act of kindness. I wish I knew his name but it confirmed that I was at the right hospital for an upcoming surgery. Kudos to your staff!
