She frequently stays late to ensure cases are completed safely and efficiently and does not hesitate to come in on weekends when support is needed. She actively supports the team by stepping into multiple roles when needed. Britni ensures RN circulators are able to take breaks, helps facilitate closing breaks for scrub techs, and will even scrub in herself to assist by holding retractors when the case requires it.
