An amazing Nurse who deserves to be recognized

I would like thank Adam Walczak. After having a mass removed from my spinal cord I was in NCCU. Adam went above and beyond for me whenever I needed anything and was there for my wife when things got scary. When leaving the NCCU to move to a regular room, he greeted me with new pirate eye patches he got for me, just to add a personal goodbye. He never hesitated when I pushed the call button for any task small or large. He is an amazing Nurse who deserves to be recognized!
