Dr. Jackson is Very Attentive and Personable

I find Dr. Desmond Jackson to be very attentive and personable. During our communications, he pays attention to my concerns and asks relevant questions about my condition. I really appreciate his easy-to-understand explanations, his use of documentation on which he directly writes notes about our conversations as needed. I find those notes uniquely helpful.

Additionally, whenever I've needed refills, the office staff at Bronson Rheumatology Specialists on Drake Road easily and quickly assisted me.
