Erin Ketelaar, DPT, has been helping me recover from a very complicated lumbar surgery. I knew early on that how I recovered from surgery was going to dictate the quality of the rest of my life. Sounds dramatic, but so accurate. I knew I needed the guidance of deliberate movement, exercise, and stretching to aid me in this journey. I needed a Physical Therapist. Not just any Physical Therapist, but Erin, an Erin Ketelaar.

Thank you, Erin, for the days when it hurts, you are there for the exact treatment I need to succeed. When I am distracted by the thoughts of what I am not able to do, I am reminded of the progress I have made. When my body cannot bend and move as it has for over sixty years, Erin, you have a genuine and realistic approach to helping me find my way to navigate my new normal. Because of you, I can achieve tasks that others take for granted. A flight of steps, in and out of the bath, taking a car trip, bending down to hug my grandchildren, taking care of my pets. Best of all, the pride of taking my life back! I am living my best life and for that, I am grateful.
