Everybody was awesome

From the moment I stepped through the doors to get my knee replaced, everybody was awesome. They did not treat me any differently than anyone else. They treated me respectfully, cared about me and helped me through everything. They were so attentive and on the spot for everything. They were just awesome. They would talk to me if I just needed a minute to talk to somebody. They were all so nice and so friendly and courteous. I cannot say enough good things about them.

Even when they called me to schedule my surgery ... I was panicking and nervous, so they transferred me to a teammate who could answer my questions and just listen. It helped calm me down. I have never had a hospital do that, and I think that is awesome. Again, fantastic people work at Bronson Battle Creek. They really care about their patients. They rock!
