I am Beyond Impressed with the Staff at the Bronson Neuroscience Center

I am beyond impressed with the staff at the Bronson Neuroscience Center in Kalamazoo. I see Julie Harning, PA-C, Dr. Paula Kilmer-Ernst and Dr. Kelly Ybema and each of their medical assistants (MAs) are amazing!

At this particular visit, I was seeing Julie Harning. I was very anxious and upset about something going on in my life and had been crying when I got into the room. Julie's MA took the time to listen to me, comfort me and help calm me down. Then Julie sat and listened to me also. I felt heard, respected and comforted. I am very grateful to have been at that office that day rather than alone to deal with my emotions.
