We are forever grateful for Robin and her care as a NICU nurse

The first time we had Robin as our sons NICU nurse, we knew she was special. She always asked us, "What's your plan today?" That made us feel more like parents being in the NICU. She really vouched for our sons care and was his voice. Robin does an amazing job at explaining things and makes sure we as parents understand his care and any changes that are being made.

She's the reason we found out he would need heart surgery, and deep down we feel like Robin saved our sons life.

While we were away at another hospital, her care didn't stop. She messaged and checked in to see how his surgery went and every few days to see how he was doing. Back at Bronson, when she wasn't assigned to our son, she would check in and see how we are all doing and ask about our son's progress.

We are forever grateful for Robin and her care as a NICU nurse at Bronson. She is a wonderful nurse and her care and dedication to your youngest and smallest babies really shows.
