Me and my daughter will forever be thankful to Emily and Chad

Nurse Emily Driscoll was a huge part of my daughter’s care team when she was in Bronson NICU for Gastroschisis. She was kind, compassionate, intelligent, and cared very very deeply for every single one of her patients like they were her own children. She was the nurse who taught me how to change my first diaper and put my daughter in my arms for the very first time. She was also my daughter’s favorite ... no one could get her to calm down as fast as Emily could!

Also, I want to mention another nurse, Chad. He was the very first nurse I met when I saw my daughter in the NICU for the first time. He was also there on her last night in the NICU. Chad was always so calm, soft spoken, funny, kind, and took so much time to make sure my daughter was on a strict schedule at night so she could get the best sleep possible even when she couldn’t eat and was in pain. He truly made me feel so confident in leaving my daughter in his care.
