A Day in the Life
Each day I have regular check-ins with staff to provide support and ensure effective communication. I monitor and maintain appropriate staffing levels within the clinic to support operational efficiency. I also ensure staff have access to the necessary resources and tools to perform their job effectively. I work to address concerns raised by both staff and patients in a timely manner. A large part of my day includes collaborating with team members and other departments to identify, analyze and resolve both new and ongoing issues. In addition to the operational tasks, I provide patient care as a physical therapist when my schedule allows.

I enjoy the opportunity to collaborate across departments to bring about meaningful and positive changes for my team and rehab system.

Bronson has provided a great opportunity for me to develop as an individual and professional. As a physical therapist, Bronson supported me in pursuing my McKenzie Mechanical Diagnosis and Treatment (MDT) certification and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree. In my role as a manager, Bronson has supported me in developing leadership skills via Leadership Development Academy and many other classes offered by the Center for Learning.
