The Care Georgina Offers is Truly Genuine

I cannot begin to sing Georgina's praises enough. I have been with Bronson's services for many years, and whenever I have had a question or concern, I have submitted them via MyChart. Each time, Georgina has responded not only in a timely manner, but with a "voice" of reason and caring, the latter being what really stands out to me.

This last time I posed question to Bronson, it concerned a bill just recently issued for services rendered one and a half years ago. In true Georgina fashion, she explained how both the legal world and Bronson handle insurance issues. Now, anyone can give this explanation, but how Georgina stands out, is that she did it with empathy and understanding. It is not rocket science that this can diffuse any frustration or anger that a patient might have initially. But I'd like to go one step further, by adding that I feel that the care that Georgina offers is truly genuine, having had more than a few times that I contacted Bronson with a question, with Georgina having responded.

In a nutshell, Georgina is a priceless asset to the Bronson system, and she is an awesome lady. I hope that someone will recognize her for the beautiful traits above I have used to describe her. I also would love to meet Georgina to personally thank her, and let her know how special she is, though I doubt this would be allowed.
