Jill E. should be considered the gold standard in patient care

Jill E., ED nurse at Bronson Battle Creek, has been the most amazing nurse I’ve ever met. She not only did her job but she went above and beyond for me in this heartbreaking time of a possible ectopic pregnancy. She has wonderful bedside manner, timely with medications, she was also an open ear for this loss. She was patient and kind, and also made sure I had everything I needed. She should be considered the gold standard in patient care. I’ve never met another one like her. Bronson is LUCKY to have her.
