Grateful for my mom's care team

Nurse Brock and the rest of the neurovascular care team were fabulous during my mom's stay. She has severe vascular dementia and they were so kind and patient with her. I am very grateful! Brock, specifically, went over and above for her. He made sure her medications were adjusted and sent to the pharmacy so they would be at the care home by the time mom made it there! He also recognized me in the parking lot one evening and gave me a sincere welcome back and reassurance that mom was doing well.
