Greatly appreciate her kindness & enthusiasm during the whole experience

From the moment I walked in, to the greeters desk and registration to having my blood drawn, everyone was extremely friendly. I would really like to recognize the phlebotomist who took my blood - Renee. I didn't know I was going to have blood drawn during this visit, so I wasn't prepared. That didn't matter though, because Renee was able to easily find a vein and draw the blood with no pain and no bruising - both of those are usually normal for me because my veins are tricky. I greatly appreciate Renee's kindness and enthusiasm during the whole experience. I have had numerous bad blood draws and IVs in the past. She did the best job and can do my blood draws every time! Thank you, Renee!
