Nurse Hanna saved my whole world

In December 2022, my daughter (Cali) had tested positive for RSV at 6 weeks old. We were transferred to 3 different hospitals until we finally got transferred to Bronson. During the scariest part of my life, Hanna was my light. When my daughter coded, Hanna made it to Cali's room faster than anyone else. Hanna assured me that everything was going to be okay and she was in good hands. When Cali was transferred from the pediatric floor to the PICU, Hanna made sure to come see Cali to see how she was doing.

Hanna saved my whole world. Cali is now almost two and is thriving and excelling in everything. Without Hanna and the pediatrics staff, my baby wouldn’t be where she is today. When I tell Cali's story, Hanna is always in that story, not only as a nurse but also as a hero. Cali will forever know about the most amazing woman I’ve meet, Hanna V.
