Hannah is a ray of sunshine on our team

Hannah Lentz, PCA, is the recipient of the 2025 Sunshine Award

Hannah in a PCA on the neonatal intensive care unit. She encompasses so many of the Bronson Standards of Excellence. While her official job title is PCA, she absolutely rocks as a unit clerk and milk bank tech, too. In one shift she is often asked to do all three roles. Hannah gives her best at every task asked of her. She is always respectful with a smile on her face. She treats her coworkers, the babies and their families with empathy and kindness. Hannah is always ready to support the team and offer her help before someone can even ask. Hannah is a true asset to have in the NICU. The compassionate care she provides for the babies, their families and support to her coworkers is proof of how much heart she puts into her job. As a nurse and parent, I am proud of how much love Hannah puts into taking care of the babies in the NICU. She supports parents by building trusting relationships while helping them learn to care for their newborns. She continually seeks opportunities to learn and grow. Hannah is a ray of sunshine in the NICU that helps our unit continue to shine so brightly!
