To me, Bronson Positivity means putting your patient first.

I've worked at Bronson since March 2024. Prior to working here, I had three other jobs in a variety of settings which has set me up for success coming in. Since working here, I have been able to really use all of those skills, along with time management. I’ve learned to push myself in ways that I haven't thought possible.

To me, Bronson Positivity means putting your patient first. It's all the little things like washing up that patient, doing an activity with them, getting to know them on a personal level, etc. It really creates a special experience that the patient will remember long after discharge.

I love working at Bronson Commons because I enjoy working with my friends and being able to create an environment where we have great teamwork and support for one another. I am currently working on my bachelors degree in nursing, and I plan to get my master’s and become a nurse practitioner. I hope to continue my career here and grow within the Bronson community!
