Her patient care approach was amazing

I spent 7 hours with my 93 year old mother in Bronson’s ER yesterday.  I was allowed in to assist with helping my mother understand what was going on.  Every single staff member was supportive, professional and caring.  A special mention to our nurse, Anna.  Her patient care approach was amazing and so helpful during a tough and emotional time.  Dr Burson was also thorough and caring.  We are so thankful for the care my mother received from everyone in the Emergency Department.
