His Dedication to Patients, Teammates & Bronson is Outstanding

Tim has worked in the Cath Lab for over 20 years. his dedication to not only Bronson but the patients is outstanding! As a lead technician his priority is to safely and efficiently get the patients in for their procedures on time and as their condition requires. He helps coordinate with physicians and staff to help move patients from ER or inpatient rooms to PRU pre and post add on procedures. On top of helping schedule/coordinate procedure times he is often found relieving staff for lunches and checking in with PRU to make sure we are running smoothly. Tim has often went over and beyond to help with the smallest things that really matter and help the day move easier, like helping transport patients to/from the garden entrance that is unable to Ambulate themselves, collecting our lunch requests from the cafeteria to run down and grab us lunch on days it's so busy we are unable to get down there, he often comes to PRU to help pull sheaths, and will offer to help transport patients to different units to help free up rooms in PRU. There have been many times that Tim has helped clean rooms to make room for more patients. There really is NO job Tim will say no to or unable to help with. Upon entering rooms to pick patients up for their procedures Tim makes a connection with each patient on an individual level, greeting them and their families with care, compassion, and expertise. You will often hear Tim educating not only the patients but staff as well as his acknowledge is so vast.
