I appreciate her gentle care

This is for Kristen, the Sonographer Vascular Technician. I appreciate her gentle care to ensure that I knew everything to expect during the ultrasound. I have never had a blood clot before so she walked me through what I would feel during the examination. She helped me keep my dignity. Her demeanor was quite unassuming and caring.
