I could see the smile on her face through the phone

I would like to recommend Holly, I had a question about the bill I received, and she called me and explained in detail how the bill was itemized.  I could hear her patience as she took me through the billing.  Actually, I could see the smile on her face through the phone.  Holly was to me the face of Bronson Hospital.  We need more Hollys in our lives.
