I feel like they truly care about my health

I recently switched my care to Cara Klein and I have never been so impressed with a provider and her MA.  Cara & Hillary W are fantastic.  They reply to MyChart messages quickly and Hillary had my prior auth for insurance sent in before I asked for it. It was done before the pharmacy knew I needed it.  I feel like they truly care about my health and partner with me to make sure that I'm functioning at my best with new med/new diagnosis.  It's been a long time since I had a provider who I thought was actually listening to me.
