Bronson has been a great place to work! When I started in May as a Practice Support Assistant at Bronson Primary Care Partners, I felt at home right away and valued as a team member. The best part about my job is the people I work with. The team works hard to provide the best care possible for our patients while also making sure the work environment is fun to be a part of!

In my role, I help connect patients with the care they need. I try to make each patient feel like I am there for them in that moment. I take pride in the work I do and know that I am making a difference for the patients I serve and my family at home.

When I started at Bronson, I was thrilled to learn about the wellness dollars they offer to their employees. I had been struggling to keep my dog groomed before, but the wellness dollar made it possible for me to find a groomer and no longer stress about keeping my dog healthy.  I have also been able to take advantage of the wellness reimbursement for a gym membership and I am looking forward to making this a part of my regular routine.
