I felt so well cared for

I was readmitted to the Bronson Mother and Baby Unit two times for postpartum preeclampsia. The care team made sure I had everything I needed, always asking me if there’s anything else they could get me or how else they could help me get through my stay. When I was overwhelmed with being away from my family and newborn or worry about my diagnosis and symptoms, they encouraged me, listened to me, and even offered calming techniques to keep my anxiety at bay. One of my nurses even wrote my baby’s name on the board to make sure she was recognized despite not being here the whole time. I felt so well cared for during my entire stay.
