I felt truly cared about and safe during my ER visit

Samantha H, PCA, is kind, professional, caring, and empathetic. She did everything she could to ensure my visit to the ER was comfortable and informed. When she introduced herself, she showed compassion for my concerns. She could see that I was shivering, so she brought me a warm blanket without being asked. She showed great attention to my needs even if I did not verbalize them. If I asked for anything, she'd check with the doctor to see if it was OK, and she'd bring it quickly. She checked in regularly and was able to keep me informed on my progress of care. Because of Sam's amazing show for concern and the truly excellent care she gave, I felt truly cared about and safe during my ER visit. Thank you, Samantha.
