Kami Johnson from the Bronson Methodist Hospital Admissions Unit: Although every staff member I met throughout my stay was top notch, and I wish I had all of their names, Kami really stood out. Staff are so busy always. She entered the room and really seemed to just know what I needed before I knew what I needed. Her ability to listen and show empathy to me all while bringing me comfort with her humor shined. She knew I was scared to be transferred due to pain, and she came to the room with a plan and a small army to get me to the next unit. I came into the hospital quite unexpectedly, I was quiet scared. She brought me much comfort.
