Very impressed with Karen's care and professionalism

I had a knee replacement done on March 19, 2024 at Bronson LakeView Hospital. While I received excellent care from everyone involved, I would like to give special recognition to my nurse, Karen B. My husband and I have had multiple procedures done recently, both at Bronson facilities and at other facilities. Karen gave us the best discharge instructions we have received anywhere. She sat down with us, and did more than just go over a list on the paper, she made sure we were understanding everything, encouraged questions, and generally made us feel comfortable going home the same day as my surgery.
