Nurse Kasey included me in all aspects of my care

I came into the ER with a broken ankle and in incredible pain. Nurse Kasey had a paramedic student with her and a full patient load but made every effort to make sure that I felt attended to and important to her as a patient. She included me in all aspects of my care and kept me updated throughout the whole process. She was a positive and smiling face through what was one of the most painful experiences I’ve ever had and I couldn’t be more grateful.
