Both my wife, Linda, and I receive care from Jacob Coughlin, PA-C and his team at Bronson at West Main and Drake. He takes the time to listen to us and discusses the implications and potential future outcomes of our issues. The office team always provides a seamless experience for our appointments as we enter and offers a summary when we leave. We use MyChart to communicate on some issues, which Jacob promptly responds to, which is a huge plus. We both had appointments at Lakeview, as well and our overall impression is Bronson lives its values at every location. This survey shows the ability to provide upward feedback and we are happy to say it's all positive.
