Exceptional Customer Service From Yeedo and Robin

I visited the Bronson Methodist Hospital Outpatient Testing & Imaging location yesterday and was provided exceptional customer service from Yeedo and Robin. One of the lab orders was missing when I arrived - it wasn't initially clear and there was some confusion. Robin stepped in and was able to hear my concern (I'm already here and don't want to come back) and came up with a plan so that I was able to do everything during that visit. This took a few minutes and Yeedo was very friendly and did a very pleasant job at apologizing for the wait and asking how my morning had been. I was very grateful to be able to take care of this in one stop. When my provider called the lab, Robin had made notes on the account so it was clear to the person who answered the phone, what was going on. Thank you so much!
