Her smile was contagious and had us smiling

My story is about Jacqueline Wells. After two days of flights, cancellations and sleeping in airports to get to a family member in bad shape can take a toll on someone. After arriving to the hospital and spending time in ICU we went down to the cafeteria for a quick bite. My wife and I and daughter were strategizing on what to do with grandma, and Miss Wells walked in the cafeteria with the biggest smile on her face. She was so happy while interacting with other staff and can tell she enjoys her job. Her smile was contagious and had us smiling. Just wanted to recognize Miss Wells and thank her for that brief joy she brought to my family during a rough time. Thank you, Miss Wells.
