Jamie Makes Our Team Feel Represented, Heard and Cared For

Jamie embodies what a great nursing leader should look like. Interventional Radiology is a small department that has a large impact on our community and the patients and the families we serve. For a long while now IR has seen numerous changes in leadership which has often made us to feel overlooked, unrepresented, and forgotten. Jamie, in the short time he has been our manger has helped our team feel represented, heard, and cared for. He not only listens, but he actually cares about our team and is always willing to support us in any way he can. He is also the manager of our surgery team, which is a very large department and yet he still has the time to check in on us multiple times a day to see if we need anything. I know if I need anything I can count on Jamie to get it done or do everything he can to try to get it done.
