Flexible Scheduling
What I enjoy most about working at Bronson Commons is the flexible schedule. I like the ability to have flexible(ish), predictable hours, and I’m able to pick up as many hours as I want. I’m also able to switch shifts to fit my personal schedule.

Team Comradery
Our team gets along and supports each other really well. Also, I value the relationships I am able to build with the residents/patients I get to care for.

I show my patients Positivity by being goofy and trying to make them laugh and smile. Patients are here at some of the lowest points in their lives, so I try to keep my interactions happy and entertaining.
