I appreciate your commitment to the team

I would like to acknowledge Jennifer Edwards; her work title is Lead Patient Representative Patient Access--Call Center. Jennifer, I appreciate your commitment to the team. You created a tool that everyone could use to reach their goals and have understanding of the daily workflow. That tool is called the Department Standard Work, without this many of us would have a hard time navigating our daily work task. Jennifer is also a trainer to many of us and your leadership style of, patience, accurate fast responses and going that extra mile to make sure that the information that you give is understood does not go unnoticed. Thank you for knowing that everyone has a different learning style. You made my transition to Bronson so much easier.
