Jill was my nurse in the emergency department in Battle Creek. She displayed calmness in the midst of a busy day. She exemplifies the qualities you want in a nurse: kind, compassionate and efficient at her profession. She is the example of the kind of nurse everyone needs: great listener & healer. Her professional commitment to excellence is demonstrated in how she speaks to her patients & colleagues. She is a joy to be around, even if the ER can be a bit of a stressful experience.
