Nikki is a true all-star in all aspects of care

I was giving birth at your hospital in Kalamazoo and wanted to express my gratitude to your entire team there but especially my nurse Nikki. She is a true all-star in all aspects of care. She not only made sure all my medical needs were met, but she also made sure I was comfortable by bringing me a fan in middle of the night, supplying me with shampoo, conditioner, and lotion out of her own supply. She was great during labor by actively helping me push, using great encouragement and just an overall great bedside manner! I’ve given birth 2 other times at different hospitals and this by far was the best experience I’ve had. A round of applause to all the labor and delivery staff present on my daughter’s day of birth 10/24/23.
