The Child Life Program is a Valuable Asset

I had back surgery with Dr. Alain Fabi yesterday. From the initial contact at the front desk where we were set up with email notifications with a kind lady through the discharge process, we had nothing but great people that helped us through it all.

Morgan was fantastic as the initial contact in pre-surgery, Lindsay and Lisa were awesome nurses in pre-surgery, the anesthesiologist doctor was very friendly. The staff in surgery were also fantastic, but I surely don’t remember their names as it was just a bustle of work by about six staff in surgery room. Dr. Fabi performed the surgery and briefed my wife afterwards and was fantastic from initial visits at his office through the surgery. The nurse at Dr. Fabi’s office was great too. All of the staff we met were friendly, busy and informative.

Great experience overall and I am very positive that recovery will go well. Everyone at Bronson was fantastic.
