Joe helped calm my nerves leading up to surgery

On the day of my surgery, Joe, a pre-op nurse, met us at the reception area and took us to our room for preparation. He was very engaging, and as a long-time employee it’s obvious that he loves his job and is really good with patients. If there was any nerves about the upcoming surgery, they were gone after Joe’s assistance. What a great team member! Patients are lucky he’s here! He’s very compassionate, warm and welcoming. He tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual, ensuring that care is both effective and respectful.
