I've Never Met a Nicer Person Than Betty

I went to the lab at 6:45 am. I can honestly say that I have not met a nicer person than Betty at in-take. She was genuinely kind, patient and warm. She was professional and quick with what needed to be done for paperwork and thorough. She was a pleasant start to a not-so-fun blood draw and a great day. When we were done with the in-take paperwork - I actually felt sunnier, better for my approach to the new day.

Next, Shandal. She was nice and kept things going. Very nice conversation but yet my blood was drawn and instructions were given for next steps. I really liked her style of professionalism and yet courteous. Thank you for employing women that are not only good at their professions BUT excellent and well-rounded with their attitudes, compassion and empathy for the customers they serve in their careers.
