Justin, RN, was so incredibly amazing

Justin, a nurse at the Bronson Methodist Hospital ED, showed so much empathy, which you don't see much of these days. He explained everything so that we were able to understand what was going on and what to expect next. He went out of his way to make sure that not only was I comfortable, but to make sure my sister-in-law was also comfortable. He took his time to answer all our questions. He is the type of nurse others should strive to be like! He was so unbelievably caring and truly concerned.
