I am Very Grateful for Karen M., RN

I have needed to set up a referral for further test, however some unforeseen complications delayed this process for months. Understandably, this was an upsetting situation for me. However, I am very grateful for Karen Mitchell, RN's sense of compassion, caring, dedication and diligent work. She consistently and systematically set expectations and followed through. She truly makes a difference!
