The Best Lab Experience I've Ever Had at Bronson

I wanted to share my wonderful two-time positive experience at the Bronson Laboratory on Gull Road.

I went for the first time in early February. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by two lovely registration staff. They were upbeat and kind and had me laughing. The space was decorated in Valentine's Day decor, adding to the positive energy. Within a few minutes, I was called back by the phlebotomist. She too was upbeat, kind and engaged in small talk. Because of them, I left the site in a better mood than when I arrived.

Most recently, this past Saturday I returned and had the same consistent, positive experience. The two-registration staff had me laughing. This time, the space was decorated in Saint Patrick's Day decor and the phlebotomist was again kind and positive. And again, I left in a better mood. These were hands-down the best lab experiences I've had at Bronson!
