Katelyn, You Rock!

I was having a problem with my bill and my insurance company was getting very frustrated. When I called and spoke with Katelyn Gresham, she explained to me what was happening and made a point to get the problem fixed before getting off the phone with me.

I appreciate her patience and the time she took to let me know everything so I felt calm. I was very pleased and appreciate her. Best person to talk to for billing issues. Thanks Katelyn, you rock!
