Kate Was a Really Calming Presence and So Genuine

My wife and I were recently at Bronson BirthPlace - Kalamazoo for the birth of our daughter. My wife was really struggling with her anxiety going home. The social worker, Kate, was by our side throughout our stay. She really connected with my wife and was able to relieve a lot of her anxiety and work through her stress about going home. Kate was really a calming presence and so genuine.

Kate was able to get us connected to programs that have been very helpful, especially for my wife. Kate really went above and beyond to take the time to sit with us, come up with a plan and check in with us frequently. Everyone at Bronson was really great during our stay, but we could tell that Kate was really sincere and passionate about the work she does.
