Tina made every class fun and very informative

I am the Pastoral Outreach Coordinator at Mt. Zion Baptist Church. We held this session to empower our members in Healthy Eating and Lifestyle. Our instructor Tina made every class fun and very informative. She provided us with easy and healthy meals in which many of our members are sharing with others. We look forward to hold more of these session in the near future.
