Kandy and Lynne Truly Went the Extra Mile

I had a test at Bronson Advanced Radiology this morning. The entire experience was easy and everyone I interacted with was incredibly kind and professional.

I checked in via MyChart and completed my check-in using the self-service tablet - it was simple and fast! The two people who administered the test, Kandy Peters and Lynne Wells, were so friendly and thoughtful. They made the entire experience as easy as possible. These tests can be stressful so I'm grateful for the extra kindness they showed me. When my appointment was over, they made me a coffee and sent me on my way with big smiles. Kandy and Lynne truly went the extra mile to make sure I had an exceptional experience today. Thank you!
