Kendall Doesn't Just Do Her Job - She Does it Well

Kendall is one of the best unit clerks we have had in the NICU. She is dependable, organized, and generous. To start, Kendall does her job and she does it well. She is thorough with the work that she needs to do and sets up her coworkers for success as well. Kendall has helped streamline processes related to her role so that other clerks know what needs to be done when she is off duty. One example is that she initiated a communication tool that helps inform other clerks when things change. Not only does Kendall do her job well but she is supportive of the rest of the team. She is always organizing fun, themed potlucks and brings in snacks to share with staff on the weekends. I am always happy to see Kendall when I work!
