Kim is an Invaluable Part of Our Team

Kim is such an important person to all of us on C2! Since I began my journey at Bronson, there has not been a day she has not helped me and the rest of our team tremendously. She is always looking for ways to help, often times anticipating what's needed ahead of time and doing without being asked. She always carries a smile on her face and is the constant in the chaos, which can happen a lot on such a busy floor. Kim listens to, encourages, and collaborates with those she is working with. She never complains and always finds a way to make things happen. She is sensitive to patient's needs and shows endless compassion. She goes above and beyond in making sure our patients feels safe, heard, and well cared for.
