Kind, professional and calming

My nurse, Allyson, was amazing from the time I got here until she left at the end of her shift. She was calm and kind. She was respectful and she explained things in detail. She answered my questions and reassured me. At age 52, this is my first time in an ER for myself. I was in extreme pain and was asking a lot of questions. She was so kind, professional, and calming.
